Digital Service Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

TaxNadi is a digital software service. We do not sell or ship physical products and no courier or postal delivery is required.

2. Free-plan access

Eligible users may begin using the available Free plan through the TaxNadi Telegram service after completing the required account setup.

3. Paid-plan activation

When a paid plan is purchased, access is activated digitally after successful payment confirmation is received from the payment provider.

Activation will normally occur shortly after payment confirmation, although temporary payment-network or system delays may occur.

4. What is delivered

Paid purchases provide digital access to the applicable TaxNadi plan and receipt quota for the relevant billing period.

5. Delivery destination

Plan access is associated with the TaxNadi user account used during the purchase or activation process. Nothing is physically delivered to a mailing address.

6. Activation problems

If payment has been completed but the purchased plan is not reflected in TaxNadi within a reasonable period, contact us so we can verify the transaction.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep TaxNadi available continuously, but access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, third-party provider interruptions or events outside our reasonable control.
